About the Client:
İŞİNVAR is a specialised job marketplace focused on craftsmen and vocational trades across Turkey. The platform helps apprentices, journeymen and masters discover relevant openings, create profiles and apply directly from their smartphones, while employers reach vetted talent quickly. Unlike generic job boards, İŞİNVAR is designed around the realities of workshop and site-based work, where roles are often project-based, urgent and location-sensitive. With dedicated iOS and Android apps, the service brings job discovery to users who may not have regular access to desktop computers. By digitising word-of-mouth hiring and traditional noticeboards, İŞİNVAR aims to make the labour market more transparent for skilled workers, support SMEs that struggle to find reliable staff and ultimately improve employment quality in the trades ecosystem.
